Well it's just my 2 cents but it strikes as a postworthy experience and surely deserves more than a twit post. It's not that I have not enjoyed your last few posts because they've mostly been superb but I'm sure many of us non-US readers (who only have the prospect of getting stabbed or taxed to death to look forward to) would dearly like to hear more about this bookshop showdown. Did you actually see a gun? at what point were you most scared? Was it a case of delayed shock striking you later on or were you absolutely petrified from the get go and for the duration of the event. How are you sleeping now? Ah.
