Really, I think $40,000 could be a little conservative. Remember, most eBay auctions don’t really get going until the last few hours.

I was in on the action to $6000, so Maddox much have check the bids right after I was knocked out of the competition. I’m guessing $40,000 for a max, which would be a bit lower than Jeff Jarvis’ prediction when the additional traffic is taken into consideration. They’ll also probably have a larger audience by the time they produce the commercials due to the press they’re receiving from the auction itself.
