I adore Leeds. It’s my favorite city in the U.K. When I used to visit my auntie in Bingley, I’d go into Leeds every chance I got. My rather snooty cousin in Surrey, whose family had never seen the need to travel even as far north as Birmingham, went to Leeds University and fell in love with the place.

I’m a proud Yank with Yorkshire-born parents. I’ve lived in a lot of places. My favorite place is my current home, Louisville, Kentucky, which is similar to Leeds in many ways. But if I had to move anywhere, Leeds would definitely be high on the list. By the way, Leeds and Louisville are now sister cites. I’ll be visiting Yorkshire for 2 weeks in August with my husband and kids, ( we’re not even bothering with London) and I can’t wait.

PS, I should also add that david gest will shortly be launching his biography which is cleverly entitled: “simply the gest” (sic). Sick.

David, a long term friend of the notorious Jackson family, is a welcome visitor to the UK. Long may his fake hair and cosmetically altered face grace our screens

Yes mark and it should be bigger than the brit one too. infact, the british one has no business being there at all. And can I just say how wonderful it is to have David Gest over here in the UK at the moment. We are honoured indeed that this most talented US personality is prepared to slum it here in the UK whilst allowing us to watch an entire TV series created by himself, about himself. We humble yokels can learn many lessons from the teachings of this sage American.
