Hot Club Philly

Sunday night at Barbes in Brooklyn. Stephane Wrembel had taken the night off. But, after possibly the best meal of the year at Al Di La, the Hot Club Philly rounded the night out nicely.

Al di la eh? La di bleedin’ da.

We went there once & they didn’t put any tomato in my bolognaise. It was just as bland as you’d imagine. I think I prefer Aunt Suzie’s lowbrow fayre.

al di la is the best italian food in BK, if not NYC for the price. The bolognese is the bomb.
