    The Car Spindle! I love it! I grew up in Oak Park and LOVED seeing that monstrosity every time we ran errands. (I think it’s technically in Berwyn, but who’s asking?) I heard that they were thinking of tearing it down (http://www.npr.org/templates/story/story.php?storyId=12782760) but if you just saw it, I’d say it’s safe for now. :)

    this is not in oak park, and oak park is not part of chicago. this pile of cars is in north riverside, IL. oak park is nearby, but it is much nicer.
