I think it is a brilliant idea and I think they should implement it in the UK-the amount of people who go to a toilet and not wash their hand is alarming. I went to this pub, in front of the urinal as you are peeing there is a soap machine which encourages people to wash. And the other thing is that toilet seems to be the most neglected place in restaurants and pubs a like. I think they should put more effort to make it user friendly. Cheers Ermiyas Hi Paul,
