I’m a British freelance writer based in Brooklyn, New York. In the past five years of living in America, I’ve covered politics, business, media, culture, technology, religion, science, television, art, and film. But most of all I love to write about people.
I am the contributing editor of five books, including All The Money in the World: How The Forbes 400 Make—and Spend—Their Fortunes and the New York Times bestseller Secrets of the Code.
My articles have appeared in a range of newspapers and magazines, including the New York Times, the Washington Post, Forbes, Movie Maker, and Online Journalism Review. Before I arrived in New York, I was a daily news reporter for the Western Morning News, in Cornwall, England, where I won the Society of Editors’ Award in 2002.
For examples of my work see here, if you would like to contact me see here, otherwise enjoy the blog…
